A mom with a passion to help other moms navigate postpartum.

I am a mom of 2 adorable little girls who experienced 2 traumatic births, had a difficult breastfeeding journey and was diagnosed with a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD) over a year after my second baby was born. I want to help other moms avoid the shame, struggles and negative internal dialogue by raising awareness and helping them be prepared with tools to identify and manage their PMADs.
